Hi, and thanks for looking into the OmegaCore! Here's what we are about.
We are a casual, laid-back, fun loving guild that likes to enjoy the game for what it is-a game. We're not here to make fun of anyone or be a strict PvP guild that yells at people for "Not doing their job right". Here's some other bullet points for what my goal for this guild is:
-There is no level requirement. The only requirement is to be respectful to EVERYONE while in the game. The thing that would make me saddest would be to have someone see my character, see my guild, and then tell me about how they think my guild is rude because of something someone in the guild says. Bottom line: you don't like people being mean to you, so don't be mean to others.
-If you're a new player to the game, I don't want anyone to feel as if they would be asking a "stupid question". When I am on, there are very few times that I would not be available to help anyone with whatever problems arise for them, and I would hope that others will be the same.
-Guildmates make an effort to help each other out. I don't mean to completely halt your own progress at all times, but at least help a little. Guilds aren't meant for members to be in business just for themselves, but to improve each other's experiences and help each other grow stronger.
-Guild Quests are also not a requirement, but they will help for the guild stat boost skills. I will be more than happy to drop the 10g out of my own pocket for the skills that each guild level present to us...I just can't get all the guild EXP by myself very quickly. ;D
-The only two rules I have set for the guild are actually really easy to follow: treat every player with respect (as I said above), and no begging for items. Most of the stuff that I have to trade at the OmegaCore Bazaar will be free, so there is no need to beg really, and I just think it's very annoying to have someone do their work to get an item or earn money, and then people just try to snake their way into their wallets. Again, I don't think it's too much to ask...just look for the Bazaar for stuff, and earn your own gear otherwise.
-The OmegaCore forum Bazaar is something I really hold dear to my heart. More often than not in mission map runs, you'll get a set piece for a job that isn't your job, and while it's nice to get soul from it or put it on the market, I think as a guild, it's way better to keep all the gear you get within the guild. The market in-game seems to have some outrageous prices, and I'm not necessarily saying give your stuff away for free (although I don't see myself charging for my stuff, lol), but at least keep the prices fair to help out our fellow guild mates.
Well, that's about it. I know it's a lot to read, but I don't think it's a lot of strict rules, and I'm a really laid back guy, so I really am mainly just looking forward to watching this guild grow and teaming up with all of the OmegaCore! I'll see you on the battlefield, and may your blades stay sharp!
